…it is November 7th as I begin writing this, just 2 days after the 2024 U.S. presidential election in which Trump not only won the electoral college vote but the popular vote as well. Half of U.S. voters are happy, half are not, some are overjoyed, some are devastated.
Miriam-Webster’s 2022 word of the year… the basic definition for gaslighting is “the act or practice of grossly misleading someone especially for one’s own advantage.” Gaslighting is used to manipulate the public/voters by misrepresenting the truth and twisting the facts in order to get voters to question what they believe and ultimately change their vote.

When I see responses like that I know that the accuser either doesn’t know me at all or they simply don’t care and rather than trying to understand why I would do such a diabolical thing, they resort to personal accusations believing that it somehow validates their position… Apparently the days of great debates and discussions are long gone… Then again that is tough to do in 280 characters or when main stream and social media platforms censor one side of the argument…

Regarding women’s sports
well as expected, you have definitely did your research and given us lots to think about. The rules definitely need to be the same for all competitive competitions. You can’t have different rules say for high school school students, then in college or Olympics. They can’t keep changing but must be constant everywhere. Decide what is fair and make those rules for all ages and competitions.
